Chickens for Sale
Right now I don't have any chickens for sale. However, I plan on trying my hand at incubating some eggs next year in the spring of 2010. I plan on breeding Rhode Island Reds only. If I do have some chicks available I'll post them here on this webpage.

AMAZING CHICKEN FACTS:

  • If a rooster is not present in a flock of hens, the dominant hen will sometimes take the role, stop laying, and begin to crow. This is rare but it does happen.
  • McDonald's in India doesn't serve beef, only chicken, mutton and fish.
  • The average mature production breed hen produces .2 pounds of manure daily.
  • Poultry Manure is only 75% moisture, while cow and swine manure is up to 90% moisture.

"So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good!"
Genesis 1:21
